How is Cadence different? I founded and currently run a company called Cadence . We run team-bonding activities for remote companies and typically work with companies of size 10 to 200. We differentiate from other virtual team event companies based on the following:

• Focus on small groups, so people get a chance to build meaningful relationships
• Create repeatable rituals that strengthen team culture by making social time a habit
• Design engaging virtual activities that teammates are excited to participate in
• Build a strong remote culture so the busy people leader doesn’t have to worry about it
